These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the beelina.org website ("Site") operated by Beelina Sanctuary, INC ("we," "us," or "our"), a non-profit organization dedicated to [briefly describe mission if known, e.g., animal welfare and sanctuary services]. 3. Donations and Transactions

Donations made through the Site are voluntary contributions to support our mission. All donations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By making a donation, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We do not store your full credit card information; it is handled directly by our payment processors in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Tax receipts for eligible donations will be provided in accordance with IRS guidelines for non-profit organizations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by Beelina Sanctuary, INC or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or perform any portion of the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law (e.g., fair use).

5. User-Generated Content

If the Site allows you to submit content (e.g., comments, photos, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or control all rights in and to your content; (ii) your content does not infringe any third-party rights; and (iii) your content is accurate and not misleading.

We may remove or edit any user-generated content at our discretion without notice.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such sites at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Any information on the Site, including about our programs, services, or events, is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beelina Sanctuary, INC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you donated to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beelina Sanctuary, INC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Site; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights; or (iv) your user-generated content.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site, superseding any prior agreements.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
