Secure Perimeter Project

Fencing is the invisible lifeline of Beelina Sanctuary. It is what stands between our residents and the outside world, keeping predators out and our animals safely inside their pastures.

Our current fencing is aging rapidly and sustained critical damage during back to back hurricanes.

While we've been "bandaging" the gaps, we need a permanent solution before Zorro decides to REALLY test the boundaries.

The Plan: Our dedicated team is handling all the labor ourselves to keep costs as low as possible.

The Need: We need ~$5,000 to purchase high-quality materials (heavy duty wire, posts, and hardware).

The Big Bulk Buy: Stocking the Barn

GOAL: $4,500

At Beelina Sanctuary, we strive to make every dollar go further.

By placing one massive bulk order instead of smaller deliveries, we save significantly on feed costs securing a 4-6 month supply for much less than the cost of multiple smaller loads.

The Goal: Raise $4,500 by March 20th to fund a quarterly shipment.

The Value: Small deliveries cost between $1,750 and $2,000 with delivery and last around a month. By buying in bulk, we get more food for every dollar donated.

The Impact: This single order ensures our herd has consistent, high-quality nourishment through the entire quarter.

By donating clean, unwanted produce or day-old baked goods, you divert usable items from the landfill and provide nutritious enrichment for our animals.

The Mission: Turn "waste" into wellness.

What We Happily Accept: Fresh fruits and vegetables (whole or scraps); breads, pastries, rolls and crackers (sale or day-old are fine the moo moo's don't mind, we promise)

Important Constraints: We CANNOT accept meat, prepared foods, or damaged canned goods.

Help us turn your surplus into a celebration for our residents.

Natural Bedding & Floor Management

We rely on local tree services and landscapers to provide clean, natural wood chips.

These are essential for animal bedding, safe enclosure flooring, and pasture drainage.

The Value: Your donation creates comfortable environments while saving you disposal costs.

What We Happily Accept: Fresh, recently chipped Hardwoods (Oak, Maple, Ash) or Softwoods (Pine, Fir).

Must be Natural and Untreated.

Logistics & Constraints: We CANNOT accept toxic species (Black Walnut, Black Cherry, Yew, Oleander, Avocado) or treated lumber.

Due to volume needs, we can only accept large delivered loads (no pickup trucks or small trailers)

Infrastructure Support for Safe Enclosures

Maintaining a sanctuary requires constant repair and specialized building.

Donating new or gently-used construction materials and tools helps us reduce infrastructure costs and ensures a safe, well-maintained home for every resident.

What We Happily Accept: Dimensional lumber (2x4s, 4x4s etc.), exterior plywood, galvanized wire mesh, hog/cattle panels, metal roofing, exterior hardware, cement block, and power tools in good working order.

The Goal: High-quality durable materials that can stand up to the elements (and the animals!) and reduce waste ending up at a landfill.

Important Constraints: We CANNOT accept CCA-treated wood (toxic if chewed), opened paint/chemicals, rusty metal, or household furniture.

Your surplus supplies are the building blocks of our animals' safety.
