Adopt from Beelina Sanctuary

On occasion, we have an animal available for adoption. Most are babies born here on the farm, and every adoption helps support the lifelong care of the sanctuary residents who call Beelina home.

A sanctuary first, with occasional adoptions

Beelina Sanctuary is, first and foremost, a forever-home sanctuary. Most of the animals here are permanent residents and will remain in our care for life.

From time to time, though, we may have an animal available for adoption. Usually, these are babies born here on the farm. In some cases, we may also place an animal who is not the right fit for sanctuary life or for our long-term program.

When that happens, our goal is simple:  to find the right home, not just the fast one.

Not every animal will be available, and that is by design. The ones who are deserve thoughtful placement, full honesty, and homes that are ready to help them thrive.

How adoption works

Submit an application

We ask a few questions about your setup, experience, fencing, shelter, and plans for care so we can make the best possible match.

We review for fit

Our priority is safe, appropriate homes. We may ask follow-up questions, request photos, or schedule a call before approving an adoption.

Finalize pickup

If approved, we'll go over next steps, adoption fees, pickup timing, and any care notes specific to that animal.

Available animals will be listed here when we have them. If the page looks a little quiet, that simply means no current placements are open.

Occasional placement

Most of our residents are permanent sanctuary animals, so adoption openings are occasional. When the next placement becomes available, this space will be updated with photos, details , and next steps.

We love these animals deeply, which means placement matters.

A good home is the goal every single time.

Why there is an adoption fee

Our adoption fees help offset the cost of feed, housing, medical care, and daily support for the animals in sanctuary. When a baby born here finds the right home, that adoption helps us continue caring for the residents who stay with us for life.

So while one adoption may change one animal's future, it also helps protect many others.

Every adoption supports more than one life here. It helps create room, resources, and continued care for the animals who will always call Beelina home.

What we look for in adoptors

We are thoughtful about placement because we want every adoption to be a lasting, successful one.

We generally look for:

— Appropriate fencing and shelter

— Species-appropriate companionship

— A realistic understanding of size, lifespan, and care

— Ability to provide routine and emergency veterinary care

— A home and setup that match the animal's temperament and needs.

The best home is not always the fanciest one.

It's the one that is prepared, honest, and ready to care well.

Interested in adopting?

When an adoption is open, the best first step is submitting an application. Tell us a little about your setup, your experience, and what kind of animal you may be looking for.

We review each application carefully and will reach out if it looks like a good fit.

Please note:  We do not always have animals available for adoption, and submitting an application does NOT guarantee placement. Our focus is always on making the right match for both the animal and the adopter.
