We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind or deciding you no longer want the item.
Ordering the Wrong Size: Please use the size charts provided on the product pages carefully.
Incorrect Address Input: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Delays in Shipping: Once shipped, delivery speed is outside of our control.
Returns and Refunds for Damaged/Defective Items
We only offer a free replacement or a full refund if the item you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description (e.g., wrong size/color was shipped due to our error).
Process for Defective/Damaged Items:
Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at beelina@pm.me.
Provide Proof: You must include clear photos of the damaged or defective area of the item. This is required by our fulfillment partner to process a replacement or refund.
Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
