Returns and Refunds for Damaged/Defective Items

We only offer a free replacement or a full refund if the item you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description (e.g., wrong size/color was shipped due to our error).

Process for Defective/Damaged Items:
Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at beelina@pm.me.
Provide Proof: You must include clear photos of the damaged or defective area of the item. This is required by our fulfillment partner to process a replacement or refund.
Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Since every item is custom-printed when you order, processing and production time typically takes 3–7 business days before the order is shipped. This can occasionally be longer during peak holiday seasons.
Tracking: Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
